After any given NHL game you would be hard pressed to catch a player making an off-ice excuse for their on ice problems. Most players take full responsibility for their on ice actions and do not blame any outside factors. But while most of the pros are rarely caught passing the blame onto anything or anyone but themselves, I have no problem doing so.
