This game was a bit more entertaining but when your team only musters up 15 lousy shots in a game how entertaining can it really be. Let me tell you though, Luongo was a treat to watch; as were the Red Wings. I have come to realize very quickly that we are not a fast team this year – either that or almost every other team in the league got quicker over night. I’m also wondering how long Dave Nonis will wait until he makes some changes up front. It is beyond obvious that Brad Isbister, Mason Raymond and Taylor Pyatt are not the answer to our 2nd line RW’er problem. |

This was not a game we deserved to win – yet we did. It was a much needed 2 points but Columbus out played us pretty much the whole game. Pascal Leclaire simply was not on his game tonight and it seemed like their forwards just couldn’t hit the net. But hey, we needed the win and I will gladly take it. |
